"Ice cream being a product which is generations old, everybody understands ice cream. You don’t have to speak English or any language so it breaks down all language barriers. Ice cream is one thing that has no languages, it has no age barrier, it has no colour, it has no religion. It’s the one truly international product that everybody from all over the world will understand. It’s the one thing about ice cream, what we call gelato. Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream and it literally means ‘frozen.’"
