Description

A clip of Salim Patel, manager of Madison's.

Transcript:
"Compared to other towns, I think we are very lucky. Because of the history of this town, we are very tolerant. Very tolerant. To the point now where we have MPs, Muslim, Indian MPs in the town. We’ve got a lot of Indian police officers now in the town. So the ethnic minorities are in all the key jobs as well, it’s not just the manual jobs anymore. So in the city council we have councillors that are Indians. It all adds to cohesion. It all adds to the whole social cohesion because we are not undermined. We are in places, not because of our colour but because of our ability."
